The Pennsylvania Professional Development System (PDS) is a group of projects that work together to support adult education and family literacy agencies. The overarching goal of the Professional Development System is to impact and improve student outcomes. The PDS supports agencies, administrators, teachers, tutors, student support coordinators, and data management staff in a process of continuous program improvement.  This publication is a result of a project developed by Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11 through a contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Education; however, the opinions expressed herein do not necessarily reflect the position or the policy of TIU 11 or the Pennsylvania Department of Education. No official endorsement of these agencies should be inferred.
