2016 – 2020 PA WIOA Combined State Plan

Pennsylvania’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Combined State Plan 2016-2020 was submitted to the U.S. Department of Labor and substantially approved on June 16, 2016.  The PDF version of the plan is posted on the PA Department of Labor and Industry website.
